Do I need to register or can I just show up?

Registration before the event is compulsary and must be done before Friday 2nd April 2010.

Registration will not be possible on the day as security rules and measures at the European Parliament are very strict.

How do I register?

The Convention secretariat will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and provide you with the guidelines for obtaining security clearance and access to the European Parliament.

Is there an attendance fee?
No, attendance to the EACB's 4th Annual Convention is free of charge. All you need to do is register.

Languages:
Simultaneous translation into English, French, German and Italian will be provided during the sessions.
