Practical Information
Audience
The convention will attract 200 participants from the banking sector,
regulators, European Commission, European Parliament, EU Council,
academics, think tanks and relevant stakeholders.
Languages
Simultaneous translation into English, French, German and Italian
will be provided during the sessions.
Registrations
Attendance to the EACB 4th convention is free of charge. To register
simply send an email to eacb@emcnet.eu with your full contact details.
The convention secretariat will send you an acknowledgment of receipt
and provide you with the guidelines for obtaining security clearance
and access to the European Parliament.
Security
Access to the European Parliament buildings is restricted
to participants who register before Friday the 2nd April. Unfortunately,
it will not be possible for delegates to register on the day at
the European Parliament.
Venue
The EACB convention will take place in Room “P1A002” at the European
Parliament. Participants must enter the complex through the Paul-Henri
Spaak (PHS) building, Rue Wiertz. Once you clear security, the
hostesses will great you and give you your badge with the convention
documents.
